I utilize a mixture of mediums including acrylics, oil pastels, repurposed ephemera and a variety of inks.  The layering of these materials helps to create texture and depth.

My art is inspired  by my immediate world and my past heritage of growing up in Montana.  My work is an intuitive process.  There is an attachment to each piece, beginning to end.  Painting bright colors and whimsical renderings inspires a hope that the viewer will feel my passion for life and art.

As a self-taught artist I continue to seek knowledge.  Finding  balance, mindfulness and creativity is part of my journey.
