Old can be a good thing!

A friend and I discovered this old typewriter at a garage sale last spring.  I purchased it for my daughter.  When she took possession of it we decided to see if we could type on it.  I typed up a quote of mine.  Love how the ink has a mind of its own.

This is a Remington Rand circa 1930’s.

An obvious find, I paid $15.00 for it.  Found one on the internet for $100.00.

  1. So reminds me of the old typewriter that I purchased from my sis, at her
    garage sale many years ago. ($10) I used it for many years, It served me well
    and the great memories it brings. Long gone, but not forgotten
